I have carefully read rules and regulations and agree to abide them and accept that the rules may change time to time as per decisions by school management. ADMISSION PROCEDURES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We facilitate Jamia Millia Islamia (Private Board Exam) registration for our class 10th and 12th students.

1. Registration Procedures & Rules:

  • 1.1 Registration forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office before the end of the Registration period.
  • 1.2 Incomplete and illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed/accepted.
  • 1.3 Date of interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of Interaction/Entrance Test.
  • 1.4 Mere issuing of form and registration does not guarantee admission, which is subject to be availability of seats and other procedures.
  • 1.5 Photocopy of Birth Certificates issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civil authority must be attached with the Registration Form for Class Nursery and Kinder-Garten. Photocopy of Report Card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form for Classes 1 and above. If the results have not been declared, admission will be subject to submission of the document after the results and till such time admission granted will be provisional.
  • 1.6 The age of admission to class Nursery is 3 years as on 31st March in the academic session in which admission is taken. Age should be properly specified on the forms.

2. Admission Procedure:

2.1 Entrance test & Interaction:

  • 2.1.1 There will be an entrance test for students seeking admission from class 1 and above. Only those candidates who clear that entrance test will be called for an interaction.
  • 2.1.2 Result will be displayed on the notice board on the dates specified at the time of interaction.

2.2 Admission Formalities:

  • 2.2.1 Candidates, whose names are included in the list must pay the fees by the dates indicated on the list, otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.
  • 2.2.2 Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form at the time of payment of fees.
  • 2.2.3 The date of birth of the child is required to be supported by the Birth Certificate in original issued by Municipal Corporation or Local Body as applicable, along with a certified photo state copy thereof. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in place of Birth Certificate. It is to be attached with the Admission Form for classes Nursery and K.G for class 1 and above, Transfer Certificate is to be attached.
  • 2.2.4 Your ward has to attend school in School Uniform.

3. Refund of Fees:

3.1 Fees once paid is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason whatsoever.

4. Withdrawal Rules:

  • 4.1 No Child can be withdrawn till a written request from parents is put up. A one-month notice period or one month notice fees is required for withdrawal.
  • 4.2 Clearance must be obtained from the laboratory and library in-charge and other departments before applying for withdrawal.
  • 4.3 Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week of the submission of the application and clearance of all dues.

5. Right of Alteration/Modification:

5.1 The Management reserves the right to modify the rules, terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution, without any prior notice.

6. Medical Facility

6.1 The school has a well-equipped medical room to deal with any emergency.
6.2 The school provides facility for First-Aid only.
6.3 The school cannot be held responsible for injury suffered by a child. No reimbursement of charges would be made towards any medical treatment.

7. Procedure for Fees Payment

7.1 Fees is charged quarterly or monthly for every student.
7.2 Fees at the time of admission is to be paid by cash.
7.3 Fees is payable at the school office as per time notified by the school office.
7.4 Special Offer for Parents: Pay your child’s fees for the entire year in one installment in April and receive a discount equivalent to one month’s fees!
7.5 Quarterly fee is due for payment, by the 10th of every month.
A fine of ₹ 50/- per week will be levied after the 10th of every month.
The school dues are to be paid full by the end of the month.

7.6 In case where check issued for any payment is dishonored by the bank:

  • For insufficient funds: penalty of ₹ 500/-
  • For any other reason: penalty of ₹ 200/-

The name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls, if the fee is not paid by the last date of concerned month.

8. Uniform Rules

8.1 Hijab is compulsory for all girl students.
8.2 Abaya is compulsory for all students from class 8 onwards.
8.3 On Friday, students must wear their respective House Uniform.

9. Attendance and Punctuality

9.1 Students who arrive late will not be allowed to attend the school.
9.2 Students must reach the school at least 5 minutes before the assembly.

10. Examination Rules

10.1 Students with outstanding dues will not be allowed to appear for Unit Tests or Examination.
10.2 Clearance of monthly fees is mandatory to appear for Unit Test or Exams.

11. Important Information

11.1 No certificates are to be submitted along with any form unless specified.
11.2 This form is only for “Registration for Admission”.
11.3 Kindly attach the Report Card of last exam passed for Admission to Class 1 and above.

12. Disclaimer

All the above terms & conditions are subject to amendment from time to time as per the decision of the School Management. The decision of the School Management shall be final all matters pertaining to the admission process and matters of the school.
